We've been running 5.0.10 since November.  We ran into the javascript 
webmail issue and had to install the patch.  We've been testing the 
Outlook connector in 5.0.11 seems a bit better than 5.0.9 as far as 
performance.  We should be upgrading to 5.0.11 in January or 5.0.12 if 
it comes out before our upgrade date.
