LUN online growth and wiki updates

I've updated http://wiki.zimbra.com/index.php?title=Ajcody-Notes-ServerPlanning a bit over the last couple of days. Included a new section on multipathing.

As stated on wiki, I don't have any equipment to go through and test this. The steps I listed seem to be the ones I used at another job over a year ago. I'm 90% sure we had this licked there, where we could online resize luns > lvm > and then filesystem.

If anyone has the equipment to test this against and could provide feedback, that would be awesome.
