In April 1996, I traveled to Australia for a two week
astrophotography junket. I brought along a SP-C8 and I used it to for
piggy-back guided film photography. I used Ektachrome P1600, pushed to
ASA1600, a 300mm F4 Super Takumar telephoto lens and a 135mm F2.8
Bushnell telephoto. Exposures ranged from 10 to 30 minutes.
