Ryan
Allen is an Associate Professor of Environmental Health in the Faculty
of Health Sciences at Simon Fraser University. Dr. Allen
received a BS in Physics from Denison
University, and a Masters in Environmental Engineering and
PhD in
Environmental Health, both from the University of Washington. His
research interests are in the area of air
pollution exposure assessment and epidemiology, with particular
interests in the early-life and cardiovascular effects of air
pollution, interventions to reduce exposure to and health effects from
air pollution, and air pollution in low- and middle-income countries.
