Project 2020B
Covid Playground
In the spring of 2020 a virus
and a failed physicist turned epidemiologist combined to scare
the world into lockdown. All playgrounds were shut down. Thus,
during the building of the fireplace I was called upon to
create a playground for
the granddaughters.
I used 100% cedar from dead trees I had, and built on top of the
stumps. I mostly used a chainsaw to give it a rough look.
In the background you can still see the old 1999 treehouse still in great shape.
I tried to give a "Berenstain Bears" look to it. By
all accounts, customers are satisfied.
