SFU STAR Institute published a digital booklet titled Key Issues in Aging in the 21st Century in 2019 and launched the booklet at the 2019 Provincial Summit on Aging organized by Healthy Aging by United Way. To learn more about the booklet, click here. 

The 2019 Provincial Summit on Aging brought together Community-Based Seniors Services (CBSS) organizations, older adults, family and friend caregivers, academia and government representatives to discuss and collaborate on current issues and innovations in healthy aging. The Institute had a booth at the Summit to share copies of the booklet and project findings. The booklet was launched in the last session of the Summit by STAR Director Dr. Andrew Sixsmith and with the help of the United Way team.
