AGE-WELL and SFU STAR sponsored and co-organized a networking event for AGE-WELL's Highly Qualified Personnel (HQP) and AGE-WELL's Older Adult and Caregiver Advisory Committee (OACAC). Members from Vancouver's Aging 2.0 chapter also attended. The event provided the opportunity to meet peers from other sectors but with common interests in aging and technology, connect with researchers (graduate students, post-doctoral fellows, post-doctoral fellows, and other research staff) to learn about their work, discuss opportunities to spearhead focus groups, design sessions and future collaborations, and explore possible partnerships on funding applications.
