Lots of morning birds. A dog barks in the distance, then an airplane with a small engine passes over.
2:29 a car passes. Plane is still audible after.
3:00 another car passes.
*5:00 a rhythmic sound enters like someone shoveling gravel.
October 31
[16:00 min]
1. First couple of minutes is of kids playing in the streets.
*5:30 two women amongst the children discuss the weather while fire works blast in the background (Sounds like a casual conversation while bombs are set off nearby). The rest is mostly children playing in the streets.
2. The kids are given treats at a neighbours door. "Happy Halloween", kids go off with excited voices.
[20:00 min]
Kids are giggling. They quieten down after a while.
7:40 a bit of an argument develops, "trick or treat".
8:30 rattle of cans, then lots of voices. Occasionally a car passes.
13:00 there is a wave of traffic.
*13:30 a single fire cracker is set off. From here on in there is traffic and the crowd of children fighting for audibility. There are periods in which one is more dominant than the other.
