       Routes 2, 4, 6, 10, and 11 are streetcar routes. Some numbers overlap with the trolleybus numbers. Trolleybus system opened in 1947. Lela = street.
 1  Valmieras Iela -- Petersala Iela  4 NO1947  Original line ran from Vestures Gardens — Gertrudes St.
 2  Sarkandaugava -- Saules Darzs  17 MR 1948  Original line operated to Central Station. Disconnected from the main system by a railroad crossing at line 3. Extended from Mezaparks in 1960. It does connect directly with streetcar (tram) line 11. Discontinued 31 MR 2002. Through routed with route 3.
 3  Stacija Centrala -- Sarkandaugava  20 AU 1949  Formerly part of route 2, this line was through routed with route 2 until its demise.
 4  Stacija Centrala -- Shmerlis  15 MY 1950  via Central Station - Zemitani Square - Smerlis 
 5  Daugave Stadium — Railway Terminal  1957  via Lauvas St — Central Stn — Kr Valdemar St — Daugava Stadium
 6  P. Stradins Hospital — Rätplatz  1958  (Clinical Hospital)
 7  Agenskalna Priedes — Keguma Street  1961  
 8  Strelnieku -- Abolu Lela  1960

 20  Inzenieru Street - Zakusala (TV Centre — Latvian University)  1981  Rte 20 created when rte 14 was divided into two parts, the current #14 and #20. At that the 20 ran from Park of 1905 – Centrala stancija – Petersalas Street.
