E40LFR 804 passing under the El at Frankford Terminal. Circa 2008. From the collection of Charles Greene.
Unidentified trolley. From Charles Greene: "In Philadelphia, we found semi-trailers to be the worst. Sitting there unloading, with the swing doors folded back, the door lock rod cams were in such a position that the ropes from the TT poles would hardly pass. The metal trolley poles made it, the ropes did not. The trailers were in the traffic lane of the street, so we had problems. We eventually had those wires moved towards the center of the street and it's better now to pass a truck". Photo by Charles Greene. 2010.
