The last trolleybus, a 1949 Daimler CT8 with Roe bodywork fitted in 1956, to operate in Rotherham, on route 53 to Silverwood; it probably on the last run and continued until it pulled into the garage . It was originally a single dicker, but it is unknown when the second deck was added. The year of closure is 1964, but the exact date is not known. Photo by the late Les Flint.
