Current Research Interests:

Molecular evolution and phylogeny: Our research interests lie in the molecular evolution of animal mitochondrial genomes and the analyses of mechanisms leading to gene rearrangements. We are concentrating our studies on lower vertebrates, protochordates, and echinoderms.
