Burnaby campus services: winter break update
SFU will be closed from Wednesday, Dec. 25, 2024 to Wednesday, Jan. 1, 2025 and will reopen on Thursday, Jan. 2, 2025. Find out more below about changes to Burnaby campus service offerings during this time.
The Burnaby Campus Shuttle will not be operating during the winter break. The final day of service will be Dec. 20 and service will resume on Jan 3. Learn More.
Between Dec. 18-Jan. 3, parking permit holders can park in any SFU permit lot. Visitor parking is complimentary in visitor parking areas during this time. Learn More.
SFU Dining will be opening the Tim Hortons at the West Mall Centre during the Winter Break 2024. This location will be open December 19-24 (8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.) and December 26-31 (9:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.). This will provide an additional dining option for students living on campus and members of the SFU community who will be on campus during the break.
Dining Commons will be open until 2 p.m. on December 18 and resume limited operations Jan. 2-5 (7 a.m.-10 p.m.). Mackenzie Cafe will not be open during the winter break and will re-open on Jan. 6. Learn More.
