SFU and SFUFA Reach Formal Agreement

SFU is pleased to share that the university and the Simon Fraser University Faculty Association (SFUFA) have reached a formal agreement. The Collective Agreement (CA) has been ratified by SFUFA members and approved by the SFU Board of Governors.

This agreement is consistent with the Province’s 2022 Shared Recovery Mandate and will be published online once updates are complete. The CA covers the period of July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2025.  

The university thanks those who were involved in negotiations for a cooperative and mutually beneficial bargaining experience. Our focus now is to continue strengthening relationships in our community to support the academic success of our students and to nurture a thriving, world-class research environment at SFU.
