About Gattavecchi

The Gattavecchi family has been running the Montepulciano Cantina for four generations now and has devoted itself to producing their great standing Vino Nobile. The grapes have been selected from Argiano, Cervognano and Le Caggiole which are three of the best zones for growing Prugnolo Gentile. The current generation, Luca, Gionata and Daniela, are running the winery with a sense of modernity while still keeping to its traditions set by their ancestors. .
