Andrea Branzi is one of the Maestri of Italian design who is currently living and working in Milan. Since 1967, he has been working in the fields of industrial and research design, architecture, urban planning, education and cultural promotion. He was one of the founders of Domus Academy and Archizoom Associati and was also one of the promoters of radical design. Some of his achievements include the Compasso d'Oro award in the 1987 and collaborating with top design producers in Italy and abroad such as Alessi, Artemide, Cassina, Poltronova, Vitra and Zanotta. When we visited the Triennale Museum, he was the curator of the exhibits that promoted Italian Design History.
