Waterbodies

     These are considered important to reduce costs associated with irrigation.  Proximity to waterbodies such as rivers and lakes are not only convenient but can be easily "tapped" for mass irrigation projects.

Methodology

• After creating "allwaterbodiesbool" in the waterbodies constraint, I ran the DISTANCE module on "allwaterbodiesbool" and produced "allwaterbodiesdist".
• I then performed the FUZZY module (linear monotonically decreasing) on "allwaterbodiesdist".  I called it "allwaterbodiesfuzz".
