About the Author:
Riley is an avid ocean kayaker that has been paddling on the west coast for almost 10 years and has been teaching kayaking for 6 years. The reasons for doing a study on kayaking safety are obvious, and have given him a better understanding of the coastal environments around the Pacific Northwest.
