Non-Degree Student
If you wish to take one or more graduate courses, but, not part of an SFU program you may apply as a non-degree student. Any courses taken as a non-degree student may not be given future credit for any graduate program requirements at SFU.
Contact the department which holds the courses you wish to take to see if the courses you are interested in are eligible under non-degree admission. If they are, an application through the graduate online application is required under “non-degree” in the department you wish to be admitted. If approved you will be eligible to take only the set courses outlined in your offer of admission. You will be responsible for paying all tuition and ancillaries fees for each course you take.
