The Co-op program offers communication students the opportunity to improve their skills, gain relevant paid experience, and discover new interests while completing their degree. By applying what they learn in the classroom to real work situations and graduating with a year of industry experience, Communication Co-op students are equipped with the tools they need to succeed.

Explore various career paths in communications, digital marketing, event planning, social media, community engagement, public relations and more. Compete for jobs and work full-time for 4 or 8 months at tech startups, non-profit organizations, and government agencies. Employers specifically come to SFU Co-op to hire Communication students.
