The SFU Centre for Disability Independence Research and Education considers the improvement in the quality of life of persons with physical disabilities to be of the utmost importance. With the help of organizations involved with various physical disabilities, we hope to create new opportunities for research and education and develop valuable options for people with physical disabilities. The combined efforts of researchers, established organizations, and interested persons with physical disabilities provides powerful synergistic resources towards achieving these goals.
