Community Eid Reflections
May 25, 2020
A chance to gather, celebrate and reflect on an Eid under quarantine.
About this event
Eid Al-Fitr, marking the end of Ramadan, will be as new an experience this year as Ramadan was. Following local health authorities’ guidelines for physical distancing and safety precautions has meant that Eid, a day that normally brings us together might feel quite lonely.
The Centre for Comparative Muslim Studies will be hosting a virtual community Eid reflection session. This event aims to bring our community together to reflect and celebrate the lessons learned and meaningful messages to share from this year’s unique Ramadan.
