CERTIFICATE PROGRAM IN INTERPRETATION AND TRANSLATION
The Certificate Program in Interpretation and Translation is
a 12 week full-time program open to both native Japanese speakers
and native Mandarin speakers.
The Certificate Program in Interpretation and Translation is based
on the same pedagogical approach developed in the Diploma Program
and consists of courses that provide students with the fundamental
skills of interpretation and translation. The courses also incorporate
communication skills enhancement in both English and Japanese and
English and Mandarin.
Individuals wanting to gain a basic understanding of the role of
interpreters and translators while at the same time enhance their
language skills will be interested in this program.
