Economics is more than just about analyzing economic growth and the labour market at large, it also extends to our interactions on a personal level. In this session together with one of our most distinguished faculty members professor Doug Allen, we will explore the concept of utility in everyday life – “Why Are We Mean to the Ones We Love?”. After a 20-mintue pre-recorded video lecture, students will engage in a discussion with professor Allen about their thoughts and the main takeaways from the lecture. Our academic advisor will also be present to address some frequently asked questions about this area of study and its career opportunities.
